2.Due to the high demand for accommodations in April in Taiwan, we recommend completing your booking before the end of January for better availability and assurance.
3. We will provide shuttle services every morning from the following hotels to the venue, and after the event, there will be shuttles from the venue back to the hotels.

The Sun Hao Bus (Route 1250) is a national highway bus route that runs between Terminals 1 and 2 of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and Hsinchu Bus Transfer Station. The service operates 24 hours a day. Get off the bus at the first stop (Kuangfu Rd.) after it reaches Hsinchu. The WBC venue is in a walking distance.

• Taxi
Taxis operating by shifts are located at the west side(meeting point 26) of the Terminal 1's and Terminal 2's Arrivals Lobby at the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Airport taxis provide transportation services 24 hours.

Taoyuan International Airport→ Taoyuan HSR Station→ Hsinchu HSR Station
Take Taoyuan Airport MRT from Terminals 1 and 2 of the International Airport and travel to Taoyuan HSR Station first. From there, transfer to the High Speed Rail to go to Hsinchu HSR Station.

Hsinchu Railway Station→ WBC Venu in Hsinchu

Taxis are available outside the Hsinchu Railway Station.
• Bus
Take the Taiwan Railway to "Hsinchu Station," then transfer to 【Hsinchu Bus -City Route 2】to "NCTU Kuang-Fu Campus Station." The stop at the railway station can be found outside the station, and this bus route end at Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (Kuang Fu Campus) , where the WBC venue is.

• Motorcycle
Motorcycles are not allowed inside the campus. There is a motorcycle parking area on Daxue Road.
• Car
Cars are allowed to enter the campus. White parking spaces within the campus are available for parking. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes, and a fee of 30 NTD per hour is charged for extra time.
General Advice
For international participants, it is advised to avoid taking railways and local buses. Taking a taxi from the airport and go straight to the hotel is a more hassle-free option and costs aroud 1200-1500 NTD. Taking a bus from the airport or taking Taoyuan Airport MRT (then transfer to HSR to Hsinchu) is the second favorable option. It is advised to take a taxi to the hotel if not going to the WBC venue straight.

Take the Taiwan High-Speed Rail to "Taichung Station," transfer to 【 Nantou Bus -6670 】or 【 Ubus- 1657】, get off at "Caotun Station," then transfer to the local bus at "Craft Center Station."

Take the Taiwan Railway to "Taichung Railway Station," transfer to 【 ChuanHang Bus-6268 】/【 Nantou Bus- 6899 】 to "Caotun Station," then transfer to the local bus at "Craft Center Station."
• Long-Distance Bus (Taipei Bus Transfer Station)
Take 【 Kuo-Kuang Bus - 1831 】, get off at "Caotun Station," then transfer to the local bus at "Craft Center Station/."
